Palm Springs Weekend!
/Hi All, this past weekend we had an opportunity to get away and enjoy a little family time and relaxation... Right... I say this with a smile because relaxation with 3 kids can be a stretch. Haha!! It's nice to stay at a place that not only is stylish and very spacious but also a kid friendly resort. The Marriot Shadow Ridge has an array of amenities and services. We enjoyed the Mirage Activity Center which included, Arts & Crafts, Game Centers, Build - A - Bear Workshops and even a movie theater. The kids had such a good time we celebrated James's 8th Birthday and of course Mother's Day! If I ask the kids their favorite part of the hotel, they would say hands down, "The Waterslide!" I admit I did enjoy a few rides myself. If you are local to the area or if you are just a few hours away like us, I would highly recommend The Marriot Shadow Ridge. They always seem to make each stay better than the last. We will be visiting the resort again this summer!! I hope all my Mother's out their enjoyed their special day. It doesn't have to be celebrated just once a year. A simple phone call and I love you can melt any mothers heart! I just hope my kids practice this when they get older...
